Heritage Weekend is a unique event and is the only countywide festival in West Virginia. Hardy County is seeped in rich American history and this weekend lets us share that history with its citizens. This event started in 1953 with a few good people who opened their homes and gardens as a way to raise money for the Hardy County Public Library.
