Join us as Alex Mathias teaches us how to make Lebkuchen, traditional European soft gingerbread cookies, as well as decorate a German gingerbread heart. All participants will come away with a serving of Lebkuchen cookies, a German gingerbread heart, knowledge of different types of gingerbread, and the ability to

recreate the recipe at home! This class will include wine tasting thanks to South Side Depot. We will highlight a

special holiday drink recipe using the spiced wine selection.
